Hi,
Contact your web host server where your site resides, They may the one who banned not your own site. Let them know what realy happened and then give them your IP Address so that they'll unbanned you from your site and change your password right away once you can log in again to your account for your own security.

all i can make out is that my ip address has been banned from my own web site for not entering the correct password in the webmail too many times. how can i unban myself?
and maybe i should go through the forums looking for this one but while i'm right here i'll just ask: once i'm unbanned, how can i retrieve the correct username and password for the webmail client?
thanks!
What Is My IP Address - Shows Your IP Address
Do not waste your time to check ip in phpmyadmin as your local machine ip is blocked in server firewall, you won't be able to access phpmyadmin.

Re: banned from my own site?
You have been banned from server's firewall where your site resides. Your IP can be unbanned by your host only. Please contact him and provide him your local machine IP address.

Re: banned from my own site?
Hello fivestones,
You have not been banned by your own site. You have been banned from server's firewall where your site resides. Your IP can be unbanned by your host only. Please contact him and provide him your local machine IP address.
Once you are unbanned, You need to login to your control panel and change the password of the email account for which you want to access webmail.
Thank you.
