How to change TimeZone in SmarterMail?

Solution

We can perform below steps to change timezone in SmarterMail server.

Change TimeZone for a domain
  1. Login to SmarterMail using the admin username and password.
  2. Go to "Settings" -> "Defaults" -> "User Defaults".
  3. In this page, you can see "Time Zone" - select the time zone from the drop-down list as per your need.
Change TimeZone of particular user in SmarterMail
  1. Login to SmarterMail using the username and password.
  2. Go to "settings->Account Settings.
  3. Change the "Time Zone".

It is recommended to use email cleansing service before starting an email campaign.
