Hello All,
To send the support request from the Modern Bill first Hosting service provider has to active the facility to raise a support request from Modern Bill. One can send support request from Modern Bill via below mentioned steps:
1) Login into the Modern Bill Client end.
2) Click on Get Support -> Contact Support from top menu bar.
3) Enter the require details like as:
4) Click on send email button to send it.

- To: Tech Support, Billing Support, Information etc..,
- From: By Default client admin email address
- Set the priority of your support request: Normal, High, Low
- Select the subject from available list.
- Email Message: Enter your message
4) Click on send email button to send it.
