In order to upload a file from local system to server from cPanel one need to perform below mentioned steps:
1) Login into cPanel of their domain.
2) Click on file manager.
3) Go to the depth where one need to upload the file/s.
4) Click on upload file.
5) Click on browse button and select the path of the file from local system.
6) Click on upload.
