    Nope manually.

Now to send it, I open it with Outlook (there is no send button, because of some security issue?), copy it to folder "draft". Open gmail web client, and send it through it.

I was asking the question, because I couldn't understand how to send it with Outlook (because of absense of send button), and after that this solution with google come to the mind..

    Solution

You need to perform below steps to allow .eml file extension.
    1. Login to cPanel server.
    2. copy /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter file to /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter_emlallowd.
    3. Now, login to WHM -> exim configuration, Set default exim filter file as /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter_emlallowd.
    4. Remove "eml" extension from cpanel_exim_system_filter_emlallowd file.
