Using cpanel, from client end, you can take the back up of your entire site or a part of your site. Follow the below mentioned steps for the same:
1) Login to your cpanel.
2) Go to Files--> Backups.
3) Here, you will find various options:
a) Full Backup: A full backup includes all of the files in your home directory, your MySQL Databases, and your email forwarders and filters. You can backup your account to preserve your data or use a backup file to move your account to another cPanel server.
Partial Backups:
b) Download a Home Directory Backup
c) Download a MySQL Database Backup
d) Download Email Forwarders
e) Download Email Filters.
Click on the appropriate link to download the backup.
