Here's how to back up a MySQL database using cPanel's built-in Backup feature:

    There are two straightforward methods.

    Using the Backup Option:
    • Log in to your cPanel account.
    • Click on the "Backup" icon in the "Files" section.
    • Find the Download a MySQL Database Backup section, where you'll find a list of databases you can download.
    • Click on your chosen database to initiate a backup, and cPanel will create an SQL file and save it to your default download location.
    Using the Backup Wizard option:
    • Log in to your cPanel account.
    • Scroll down to the "Files" section and click the "Backup Wizard" icon.
    • In the backup wizard option, Step-by-step instructions are provided for the Backup process.
    • Click on the Backup Button.
    • You will redirect to the next step. Click on the "MySQL Database" button.
    • You'll find a list of databases you can download. Click on your chosen database to create a backup.
    • That's it! The Backup file will be downloaded.
