Using the Backup Option:- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Click on the "Backup" icon in the "Files" section.
- Find the Download a MySQL Database Backup section, where you'll find a list of databases you can download.
- Click on your chosen database to initiate a backup, and cPanel will create an SQL file and save it to your default download location.
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Scroll down to the "Files" section and click the "Backup Wizard" icon.
- In the backup wizard option, Step-by-step instructions are provided for the Backup process.
- Click on the Backup Button.
- You will redirect to the next step. Click on the "MySQL Database" button.
