I also used the free webhosting for a while and lost the connection to the website and database.
It has been a few weeks now and after exchange of several emails I still do not know WHAT is the problem and WHEN it will be fixed. They just say they are working on it.
I have decided to use another server but unfortunetly I didn't backup my database as frequently as I should.
It sucks and what makes it hard to believe is that they are still advertising their free webhosting on their homepage.
Cannot image who will use their webhosting if they know what kind of service they provide.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.. You can always drop a mail at support@accuwebhosting.com. Free plans are non-support plans but of course we would get your FTP working back
If the FTP is still not working you leave me PM with the password that you are using...
