What are Raid and its various types? “RAID” (“Redundant Array of Independent Disks,” sometimes referred to as “Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks”) is a storage virtualization technology that integrates several disk drives into logical components to provide redundancy of data, performance improvement, or both. <\/span><\/p>
