Creating Private Nameservers at your domain registrar
In the Step 1, you’ve completed adding a new website in WebsitePanel. In the next step we will explain you about how to point your domain name (registration) to your website (VPS).
To point your domain name to your VPS, first step is creating a Private Name Servers at your domain name registrar. Private name servers are like ns1.yourdomainname.com & ns2.yourdomainname.com and they we’ve already setup them on your VPS (if you’ve requested during the ordering procedure).
If you don’t want to use Private Name Servers and looking to use AccuWebHosting’s Name Servers, please skip this step and contact us.

If domain name is registered with other hosting company / registrar, you can setup Private Name Servers by using their domain registration management portal.

How to test if Private Name Servers have been registered successfully?
Once you register the Private Name Servers, you can test them by a ping report to check whether they have been properly set or not.

For example, open command prompt and type, ping ns1.accuwebhosting.com. The generated result must resolve to the appropriate DNS server. If it is not resolving to the desired IP address, please contact to your domain registrar.
Changing Nameservers of your Domain name to point it to your VPS IP address
In the Step 2, we have explained you about Creating Private Name Servers. Once the Private Name Servers are successfully created in step 2, they are used to point your domain name to your VPS. In Step 3, we will explain you how to point your domain name to your VPS.
To point your domain name to your VPS IP address, you will need to change Name Servers of your domain name with the Private Name Servers created in Step 2. Please refer to the following article for step-by-step video tutorials about changing Name Servers:
