Domains are not showing in WHM -> List accounts
We were unable to see any domains listed under WHM -> List Accounts. However, we can see the list of domains on our server using SSH. This issue may happen if domain database has not been updated in cPanel/WHM.
To resolve this we followed below steps:
- Login to server via SSH as a root user.
- Execute following command:
root@server# /scripts/updateuserdomains
That’s it!
